What happens after the 14-day trial?
After your trial ends, you can choose a plan that fits your needs. Your data and settings are preserved. If you don't select a plan, your account will be downgraded to a free read-only mode where you can access historical reports but cannot send new simulations.
Can I change plans later?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, new features are available immediately. When downgrading, changes take effect at the next billing cycle and you retain current features until then.
What if I have more than 100 employees but don't need Enterprise?
We offer custom Growth plans for organizations with 100-500 employees. Contact our sales team for volume pricing that includes most Growth features without the full Enterprise commitment.
Are there any setup fees?
No setup fees for Starter and Growth plans. Enterprise plans may include optional professional services for custom integration, but the platform itself has no setup fee.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes! Pay annually and save 20% on Starter and Growth plans. Enterprise plans include flexible billing terms including multi-year agreements with additional discounts.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), UPI, net banking, and wire transfer. Enterprise customers can also pay via invoice with NET30 terms.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
